Villa Magrana

Project Details

On a hill in Elche, we have designed the Magrana Villa. A villa with personality and presence composed of a set of volumes anchored to the land, integrated in the environment with forcefulness and subtlety at the same time. The interior spaces are generated through double height spaces and wide skylights that frame the landscape and make it part of the villa itself allowing the lower floor to open entirety towards the terrace and pool area, creates a sensation of volumetric weightlessness of the large upper body, giving character and uniqueness to the project.
