In the high-end urbanization Alto Real in Murcia you can find this modern detached villa with pool and garden in an exclusive, private and quiet environment. From the outside the villa is perceived as an almost fully closed volume, but in reality, these bodies are open and turned over to the rear garden area in which the pool is located, large glass surfaces define the different rooms and the use of pure materials in housing defines the space. The junction between industrial materials such as concrete and natural materials such as wood reveal the design quality of the design.
